Hello everyone,

I would like to share a blog post I wrote for my free and open source software class at the Rochester Institute of Technology. It’s a small report on my experience with interacting with an open source community for the first time.

I hope it can provide as an insightful story as to others who are looking to contribute to open source and give a detailed overview for what an external contributors perspective may look like for simpler.grants.gov to the dev team.
